a new adventure in blogging... welcome to the Lyman's Den!

So, Shanna has decided to help me join the bloggers of the world by starting a Lyman Family Blog.  We'll start with the family - Nick, Ashley and Amber are still at home - so my first blog entries will be about them and Noel and I.

Michelle's visit with the Cox Family

Shanna had surgery this month, so I came out to help with her recovery and with Nathan.  We had a very nice visit; and on my last day here we went to D.C.  We spent some time at the Smithsonian and drove around D.C. to see the monuments, the Capitol Building and the White House.

We had a lot of fun in the butterfly exhibit at the Smithsonian.
